Joe Houlihan
Executive Vice-President of Programming

Before joining Cineflix in September 2009, Joe Houlihan was Director of Programmes at Twofour Broadcast where he was responsible for The Baron (ITV1), Make My Body Younger (BBC3), Ty’s Great British Adventure (UKTV) and Built From Disaster (Discovery), among other hit titles.  Prior to that, he was President of RDF USA where his credits include Wife Swap USA (ABC), Junkyard Wars (TLC), Faking It (TLC), I Hate My Job (Spike), and Survival of the Richest (The WB).  And, prior to that, he was at Granada, where he oversaw Airline, Parking Wars, Ibiza Uncovered, and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

As Executive Vice President, Joe plays a key role in consolidating the company’s recent growth, and in expanding its production slate even further. Based in our London production office, and working across the UK, the US and Canada, Joe is focused on expanding the production slate in our entertainment and factual entertainment divisions and is currently overseeing projects including Conviction Kitchen II, Dinner Party Wars, Family Food Fight and Weird World.
