Chris Bonney
CEO of Rights, Cineflix Media

Joining Cineflix in February 2012 as CEO of Rights, Chris Bonney is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy to maximize the exploitation of our growing intellectual property on all platforms worldwide. Chris works closely with Simon Lloyd, CEO of Cineflix Productions, to ensure strong collaboration between the Rights and Productions divisions. Chris additionally oversees the expansion of Cineflix Rights’ third party catalogue, the exploitation of our format properties and the development of our digital sales strategy as well as providing strategic direction to the company’s scripted division, Cineflix Studios.  Chris reports to Glen Salzman and Katherine Buck, Co-CEOs of Cineflix Media.

Chris Bonney joins Cineflix from Warner Bros. International Television Production, where he served as Senior Vice President, Sales & Acquisitions. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Outright Distribution and a Board Director at UK super indie Shed, before a majority stake in Shed was acquired by WBITVP in 2010. In his role at Shed, Chris oversaw the distribution strategy for scripted programming, factual entertainment, and breakout format hits such as Who Do You Think You Are? and Supernanny.
